fail 后接不定式，意為“不能；沒有；未做”。

notice /'nəʊtɪs/ v. & n. 注意到，注意；通知
notice 作動詞，可用于：
notice sth.注意到某物
notice sb.do sth.注意到某人做某事
notice sb. doing sth.注意到某人正在做某事
notice ＋that 從句
eg：Did you notice my new bag?
你注意到我的新包了嗎？
Have you noticed her change the water for the goldfish?
你注意到她給金魚換水了嗎？

notice 還可作名詞，意為“通知；注意”，
常用于：take notice of 結構，意為“注意”。

how to spell是帶有特殊疑問詞的不定式短語，在句中作learn的賓語。
“疑問詞＋不定式”結構在句中的作用相當于一個名詞短語，可以作主語、賓語和表語。
