How to write a recipe
一、謀篇布局
菜譜可以分為三個部分：
1. 食物的背景故事或相關的文化傳統
2. 食物的原料(ingredients)
3. 制作食物的說明 (instructions)
二、一些常用的詞匯
1. 食材:
蔬菜vegetable 土豆 potato 番茄tomato

Instructions
1 Slice the tomatoes into small pieces.
2 Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until smooth.
3 Heat the oil in a pan.
4 Add the eggs and stir them for about 30 seconds; then set the scrambled eggs aside.
5 Add the sliced tomatoes into the pan and stir them for 2 minutes.
6 Add the scrambled eggs into the tomatoes.
7 Season with salt and sugar and serve.
