What’s wrong(怎么了) with them? Guess!

Watch the video again and answer these questions:

He feels sad.

What should Sam’s father do?

He should see a doctor.

If you were Sarah and Sam, what should you do?

Language points

What’s wrong?

意思是“怎么了?”后面常跟with  you。

同義句:What’ s the matter with you?

eg. —What’s wrong?

—I have a fever.

Don’t be + 形容詞.   意為“不要……”。

eg. Don’t be sad. 

Don’t be angry.

Don’t + 動詞原形.  意為“不要……”。

eg. Don’t run.

Act in groups.

四人一組,根據提供的文本,模擬情景進行表演。

A: You should ...

Play a game.

“我是小幫手”游戲。

每個學生寫一張小紙條,如:I’m very sad. What should I do? 放進教師提前備好的紙箱里。請幾名學生輪流抽取紙條,并讀出紙條的內容,小組討論,用... Should ... Don’t ... 提出建議。
