How’s the weather today, Steven?今天天氣怎么樣，斯蒂芬？
這是一個由“how”引導的特殊疑問句，用來詢問天氣情況。其中 weather 表示“天氣”，是不可數名詞，所以be 動詞用 is。
其答語通常是：It’s + 表示天氣的形容詞 .
拓展 What’s the weather like today?
也可以用來詢問天氣情況。
what 與介詞 like 連用，而 how 不與 like 連用。
例句：—How’s the weather today?
=What’s the weather like today?今天天氣怎么樣？
