English-speaking countries意為“說英語的國家”。Englishspeaking是復合形容詞，修飾countries。
eg：Switzerland is not an Englishspeaking country.

all over the world意為“全世界”。all over意為“遍及……”，相當于around。
eg：Radio Beijing sends the news all over the world.
北京廣播電臺向全世界播送新聞。
