【自主領悟】stop為動詞，意為“停止”；stop doing sth. “停止做(正在做的)某事”。
例如：Stop talking. It’s time to go to sleep.
停止講話。到該睡覺的時候了。
【用法辨析】stop的不同搭配
(1)stop to do sth. 停下來(現在的事)去做另一件事。
例如：I’m tired. Let’s stop to have a rest.
我累了。讓我們停下來休息一下。
(2)stop sb. (from) doing sth. =keep sb. from doing sth.
=prevent sb. (from) doing sth. 阻止某人做某事
(注意keep短語中的from不能省略)

【自主領悟】句型：It’s+ adj. +to do sth. 表示“做某事是怎么樣的”，其中it是形式主語，后面的動詞不定式是真正的主語。例如：
