提示：聽到這三個詞，迅速抓別人的手指，并同時抽回自己的手指，保證不被別人抓到。手指被抓住則為出局。
知識講解
1. There were lots of things to do in Quincy... 在昆西有很多事情可做……
此句為there be句型的過去時。there be句型的過去時為There was / were ...，否定句是在was或were后加not，一般疑問句是將was或were提到句首。
e.g. There was a boy here just now.
→There wasn’t a boy here just now.
→— Was there a boy here just now?
—Yes, there was./ No, there wasn’t.
2. I wasn’t bored in Quincy. 我在昆西不會感到無聊。
bored形容詞，意為“厭煩的；厭倦的”。常用短語be/feel bored with意為“對……感到厭倦”。
e.g. Jim walked so slowly that we began to feel bored.
吉姆走得如此慢，我們開始感到厭煩了。
I know all the stories in this book. I feel bored with it.
我知道這本書中所有的故事。我對它沒興趣了。
3. There was a big living room with a TV, a kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms.
有一間帶電視的大起居室、一間廚房、一間衛生間和三間臥室。
此句中的 with a TV 是介詞短語，在句中作定語，修飾 a big living room。
with的意思是“帶有, 具有”。
e.g. I have a house with a swimming pool.
我有一所帶游泳池的房子。
Our teacher is a woman with brown eyes.
我們的老師是一位有著褐色眼睛的女士。
4. It was great to play there. 在那玩很好。
此句是英語中的常用句型“It + be + adj. + to do sth.”。其中it為形式主語，不定式短語to do sth.為句子真正的主語，意為“做某事是……的”。
e.g. It was difficult to finish the work.
做完這項工作是很難的。
5. One day I’ll back, and I’m looking forward to seeing my friends again.
總有一天我會回去，我期待與我的朋友再見面。
(1) one day 有一天, 總有一天 ,常與將來時連用, 也可與一般過去時連用。
e.g. I will fly to Beijing one day. 我有一天會坐飛機去北京。
One day he played football with his brother.
有一天他和他哥哥踢足球了。
(2) look forward to doing sth. 期待做某事，其中to作介詞，接動詞-ing形式。
e.g. I’m looking forward to buying the dress. 我期待買那件裙子。
