英語中，在復合句中作賓語的句子叫作賓語從句。請注意以下問題：
1. 賓語從句由連接代詞或連接副詞來引導
(1)that引導賓語從句時，在句子中不充當任何成分，在口語和非正式文體中常被________。例如：
They said they had been there before.
他們說他們以前去過那兒。
(2)如果賓語從句是_________，則由if/whether引導。例如：
I don't know if/whether they will come here.
我不知道他們是否會來這兒。
本句是由“I don't know.”和“Will they come here？”合并而成， 后一句是一般疑問句，作從句時語序要發生變化， 應變為________(語序)。此時需用if或whether 來引導賓語從句。
注意： ①if和whether作“是否”講時，用于引導賓語從句，常放在動詞know, ask, care, wonder, find out等詞或短語之后，介詞后
一般不用if。
②少數動詞，如：leave, put, discuss, doubt后的賓語從句常用whether引導。③whether后可以加or not，但是if不可以。
④在不定式前只能用whether。例如：
I can't decide whether to stay.
我不能決定是否留下。
(3)如果賓語從句是____________，則由特殊疑問詞what, how, which, when, where, why等引導。例如：
