二、新知突破——重難細點撥

1.Summer sees the mountains turn bright green with growing rice.

隨著水稻的種植,群山在夏季變成明亮的綠色。 

(1)see意為“見證,目睹,經歷”時,常以表示時代、年代、世紀或地點的名詞作主語,表示某時或某地“目睹、發生、經歷”了某事。

(2)與see用法相同的動詞有find, witness, say, experience等,這些詞在句中作謂語,用物作主語時,表示一種擬人的手法,以增添語言色彩,使表達更形象。

①The stone bridge saw many changes of this city.

這座石橋見證了這個城市的諸多變化。

②The past 30 years has seen the great changes that have taken place in my hometown.

過去30年我的家鄉發生了很大變化。

③The dusk found a little girl crying in the street.

黃昏時,一個小女孩在街上哭。

2.Reaching as far as the eye can see, these terraces cover tall mountains, often from the bottom to the very top.

放眼望去,這些梯田從山底到山頂覆蓋著高高的山脈。 

★(1)as far as“遠至……,直到……,像……那樣遠”,后跟名詞或從句,在否定句中也用so far as。

①He walked as far as the railway station yesterday evening.

昨天傍晚,他一直散步到火車站。

②The ocean stretched as far as they could see on all sides.

海洋十分遼闊,他們極目遠眺無邊無涯。

(2)as far as“就……而言”,引導狀語從句,從句中動詞常用know, see, concern等,相當于so far as。

③As far as I know, they're coming by car.

據我所知,他們要坐汽車來。

④As far as I am concerned, you can do what you like.

就我而言,你想做什么都可以。

1.第一段第二句中使用了“see”一詞,用擬人的手法生動形象地描寫了夏日景色。
