概念：在句子中起賓語作用的從句成為賓語從句。
當謂語動詞表示肯定的概念，如“希望”“相信”“知道”或“說”時，其后的句子一般由that引導。that沒有任何意義。多數情況下可以省略。
that引導的賓語從句的謂語動詞：believe，expect，explain，feel，hear，hope，imagine，prefer，promise，report，say，see，tell，think，understand，warm，wish。
Practice
Read the passage and answer the questions.
1. What do visitors enjoy doing there?
They enjoy walking around the lakes or climbing up the mountains.
2. Is the highest mountain in England in the park?
Yes, it is.

I can see a long way from the top of mountain.
Summary
that引導；沒有詞匯意義，只有語法功能，可以省略
陳述語序，即“主語＋謂語＋其它”。
主句是一般現在時，從句根據情況選擇不同時態。
主句是一般過去時，從句一般用相應的過去時態。
注：如果從句表達的是客觀事實、真理、自然現象、名言、警句、格言、諺語等等，盡管主 句用一般過去時，從句也要用一般現在時。
